Fun Boot Camps

FitWork's Fun Boot Camps are an affordable way to get fit and to have fun at the same time.

During these 60-minute sessions you will get a cardio workout with activities such as boxing and kickboxing plus the opportunity to target all your major muscle groups to maximise your results. And of course, there is also plenty of time for laughs!

These sessions are open to everybody. It doesn't matter how fit you are or what your bodyshape is. Your current level of fitness will improve over time and you will feel better about yourself. You might even find that you enjoy exercising after all!

Fun Boot Camp sessions are held in the Mascot and Rosebery areas but will expand to other areas soon. We can also organise sessions at a time and place to suit you and your friends - contact FitWork to discuss your requirements.

Locations

Fun Boot Camps are held at:

  • Mascot Park - corner of O'Riordan St and Coward St, Mascot. Meet at the Forster St side of the park.
  • Turruwul Park - meet at the corner of Rothschild Ave and Harcourt Pde, Rosebery.
  • Rushcutters Bay Park - meet at the cafe.

Prices

Fun Boot Camps cost $20 per session on a session-by-session basis. Or you can save money by purchasing a package - and they make great gifts!

Wear & Bring

Wear comfortable workout wear and a good pair of training shoes. You will need to bring water and a towel, wear a hat and be sure to apply your sunscreen.
