Get a group of friends, family or colleagues together and FitWork can provide you with 60-minute small group training sessions at a time and location to suit you.

Small group training allows you to exercise with people you know and also to receive more personal attention to your specific fitness goals than is possible in a large group setting.

Perfect if you put off exercising because you don't want to get sweaty in front of strangers, if you don't feel completely at ease with your body, or if you think you will embarass yourself with your lack of co-ordination!

Being around friends or family in a supportive atmosphere with the encouragement and fun approach of trainer Felicity Anscombe will make all the difference to your comfort levels and to your commitment to maintaining your training program.

Small group training would also suit weekend sporting teams who want to take their fitness to a new level or work colleagues who want to get fit for a charity fun run.

Prices

The more people in your group, the cheaper it is for everyone. Plus, if you purchase a package of 10 small group sessions for your group, you will receive one extra session for the whole group, absolutely free.
