When directing everyone, she is always sure to describe a "low impact" version, so that I don't miss out on training the key muscle groups, as high impact exercises will cause me pain. When I tell people I go to training, I don't like using the term "Boot Camp", as most people have bad experiences, or heard bad stories about "Army Sergeant" style training. Felicity's training sessions are nothing like that. They're fun, and there is NO yelling involved. I feel that going to the group training sessions is actually really motivating, as everyone there, is there for a reason. Going for a 10-15 minute fast walk was about my limit, let alone expecting my body to perform any level of exertion that involved building up a sweat. The Fun Boot Camps are the best! Surprisingly, they ARE actually fun as well as being challenging and great for a catch-up with friends.
